We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst, Analytics professional to join our dynamic team. This roleĀ will involve hands-onĀ use ofĀ machine learning algorithms and Generative AI to drive data-driven decision-making within the retail/CPG domain.Ā 

The ideal candidate willĀ possessĀ a strong quantitative background, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions. This individual will work closely with cross-functionalĀ and clientĀ teams.Ā 

Ā 

Key ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Develop, implement, andĀ maintainĀ advanced analytical models using machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques.Ā 

  • Apply descriptive analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and insights from large and complex datasets, using TableauĀ dashboards and reportsĀ where necessary.Ā 

  • Perform customer, product, and transaction-level analysisĀ within retail/CPG datasets.Ā 

  • AssistĀ in the design and implementation of LLM-basedĀ embedding-poweredĀ solutionsĀ likeĀ summarizationĀ andĀ classification.Ā 

  • Develop and supportĀ simulationĀ applications whereĀ required.Ā 

  • Work directly with senior client stakeholders,Ā collaborate with cross-functional teams, andĀ contribute end-to-end onĀ solutionĀ development.Ā 

  • Write efficient SQL queries (GoogleĀ BigQueryĀ preferred) and build data transformation workflows in Python.Ā 

  • Ensure data quality, harmonization, and consistency across analytical projects.Ā 

  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing analytics methodologies and models to enhance accuracy and performance.Ā 

  • Stay updated on industry trends in machine learning and AI and contribute to innovation within the team.Ā 

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.Ā

QualificationsĀ 

  • Bachelor’s orĀ Master’s degree in Data Science,Ā Computer Science,Ā Mathematics, Statistics,Ā Business Analytics,Ā or a related field.Ā 

  • 4–6 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, machine learning, or a related field.Ā 

  • Effective verbal and written communication skillsĀ withĀ client-facing experience.Ā 

  • ProficiencyĀ in SQL (GoogleĀ BigQueryĀ preferred) and Python.Ā Ā 

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.Ā 

  • Familiarity with Retail/CPG/Tech industry and experience working with product, transaction, and customer-level data.Ā 

  • Strong data structuring,Ā andĀ analyticalĀ problem-solving skills with an inquisitive mindset.Ā 

  • Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Ā

TheĀ annualĀ salary range for this position is $72,000-$120,000.Ā Placement within the salary rangeĀ is based on a variety of factors,Ā including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factorsĀ permittedĀ by law.Ā Ā
