Job DetailsJob Location: Maite Member Center (HQ) - Maite, GU 96910Position Type: Full TimePosition Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused team member to join our team as a Loan Servicing Representative. In this role, you will support members throughout the life of their loans by handling loan servicing requests, maintaining accurate records, resolving issues, and ensuring loan documentation is complete and up to date. You will work with a variety of consumer, mortgage, credit card, and business loans while helping provide a smooth and positive member experience. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and professional support for loan servicing questions and requests. Process loan and credit card changes, adjustments, modifications, and payments. Maintain accurate loan records and documentation. Assist with loan closings, releases, file maintenance, and archiving. Monitor insurance and collateral documentation. Process credit card requests, including replacements, transfers, closures, and changes. Assist with mortgage, consumer, and business loan servicing needs. Resolve member questions and issues while providing excellent service. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure loan requests are completed accurately and efficiently. Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services when appropriate. Perform other duties and provide support to the Loan Servicing team as assigned. Qualifications  High school diploma or GED required. Previous financial services, lending, or customer service experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills. Valid driver's license required.
