Job Summary**

Perform express oil changes and preventive maintenance services on a variety of vehicles at Take 5 Oil Shop 1189, ensuring high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities**

* Perform vehicle inspections and identify necessary maintenance or repair services.
* Conduct express oil changes, including draining old oil, replacing oil filters, and refilling with new oil.
* Perform fluid checks and top-offs (e.g., transmission fluid, power steering fluid, windshield washer fluid).
* Inspect and replace air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades as needed.
* Check tire pressure and inflate to manufacturer specifications.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with customers regarding recommended services and vehicle status.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
* Operate diagnostic equipment and tools safely and proficiently.
* Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
* Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Take 5 Oil Shop’s customer service standards.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience in automotive maintenance or a related field preferred, but not required; training will be provided.
* Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
