Maintenance Joiner (Including Out of Hours Work)

Lindum BMS is the Group’s Building MaintenanceServices division, specialising in construction projects in the Lincoln andextended East Midlands region, as well as planned and reactive minor works andmaintenance jobs. We have a variety of clients in a range of sectors, includingaffordable housing, food, retail, and education, commercial, industrial andhealth.

Lindum BMS are currently looking to strengthen their teamwith an experienced Maintenance Joiner . The role is full-time. Hoursof work are 7.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday but will also require you towork out of hours ( 5pm - 7.30am ) 1 week out of every 4. This is shared on arota basis.

The role will require experience and knowledge of fire doorinstallation and maintenance, UPVC door and window repairs and 2nd fixfinishing. A good general knowledge of other trades would be desirable. Therole requires working in live environments around general public and tenants.

The successful candidate will be a qualified joiner or haveequivalent experience. You must be able to work individually managing your ownworkload, planning and prioritising work as situations arise, have goodcommunication skills and have an awareness of health and safety. You must holda full UK driving licence.
