Maintenance Management & Work Orders

CherryRoad is looking for a PeopleSoft Supply Chain & Order Management Consultant plays a key role in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing PeopleSoft applications across the Supply Chain and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) domains. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross‑functional leaders to deliver scalable solutions, improve operational efficiency, and ensure system stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional support for PeopleSoft modules including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, and related Supply Chain modules.
• Configure setups, workflows, and system parameters to support business processes and new requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Analyze existing configurations and recommend improvements to enhance performance and usability.

Support & Maintenance

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Manage service requests (SRs) with Oracle Support and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain documentation, configuration logs, and knowledge base materials.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft Supply Chain and Order Management modules.
• Strong understanding of O2C, P2P, and Supply Chain business processes.
• Experience with functional setups, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
