Lake Imaging, founded in 2002, has become the largest radiology provider in central and western Victoria with more than 19 clinics providing a wide range of diagnostic imaging services to the St John of God private hospitals, community-based clinics and speciality centres in Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, and Warrnambool.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Lake Imaging has an exciting opportunity available for a Mammography Supervisor to  provide supervision and direction to the Radiographers and staff to ensure a high-quality service is delivered  in the West metro region. 
You will need to be a demonstrated leader who possesses excellent communication and organisation skills, as well as being motivated and dedicated to drive a strong culture of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include:
•    Maintaining a high quality efficient medical imaging service to our patients and referrers
•    Ensuring adequate staffing levels are provided for the clinic; working alongside other site managers for rostering needs throughout the region. 
•    Coordination of ongoing education, support and professional development for staff
•    Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management team to ensure high level of service provision.
•    Establishment and development of networks in the community with the aim of facilitating client understanding and satisfaction


ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:
•    Degree qualified in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration
•    Proven leadership ability and experience with staff training
•    Extensive experience and competency in mammography
•    Demonstrated patients first approach to service provision  
•    Police Check and Working with Children Check
