- Understanding of the change management and/or learning industry, market trends and best practicesÂ
- Experience using data and analytics to drive improvementsÂ
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, diverse and positive workplaceÂ
- Ability to drive employee engagement and retentionÂ
- Strong understanding of conflict resolution and performance management Qualifications:Â
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, Â or related fieldÂ
- 6+ years total combined work experience, including: people management, operational management, consulting management, project or program managementÂ
- Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearanceÂ
- Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applicationsÂ
- Are able to travel to customer sites, when requiredÂ
- Be able to work irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulationsÂ
