AsManager – Tech PMO, you will act as the bridge between Medha’s Technology teamand the wider organization, bringing structure, clarity, and business alignmentto technology initiatives. You will combine project management and businessanalysis to ensure technology projects are clearly defined, well-coordinated,and delivered effectively. You will be responsible for communicating withcustomers, delivering training/demos, managing project tools (such as JIRA andAsana), and overseeing both functional and technical documentation.
Youwill also help the Tech team communicate its priorities, progress, challenges,and product capabilities to non-technical stakeholders within and outside Medha.This role combines execution discipline, stakeholder management, documentation,and problem-solving to help technology deliver greater value across Medha.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Project Planning, Coordination & Governance
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and milestones using tools like JIRA and Asana
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between the tech team and other departments
- Assist in resource planning, status reporting, and risk management for ongoing projects.
Business Analysis & Product Delivery
- Gather and document business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Support testing and quality assurance efforts by ensuring requirements are met.
StakeholderCommunication, Training & Feedback
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding tech initiatives & product functionalities.
- Organize and deliver product demos, training, and presentations to various stakeholders.
- Actively gather and relay customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Oversee thecreation and maintenance of functional and technical documentation, ensuringconsistency and accuracy.
- Developprocess flows, training manuals, and user guides to support tech deployments.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the techteam and across the organisation.
Spokesperson for TechDepartment
- Represent the tech teamin cross-departmental meetings and communications.
- Clearly communicate techstrategies, project statuses, and challenges to non-technical teams andleadership.
- Collaborate withmarketing and communication teams to produce internal updates and presentations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, orequivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in projectmanagement, business analysis, PMO, or a similar role in a technologyenvironment.
- Proficiency in project management toolssuch as JIRA and Asana.
- Strong analytical skills with theability to understand and document technical requirements.
- Familiarity with software developmentprocesses and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and abilityto work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities ina fast-paced environment, with close attention to detail.
- Experience delivering customer training andproduct demos is preferred.
- Knowledge of business process modellingand requirements management tools is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to tech support orclient-facing roles within a technology organization is a plus.
