Responsible for the operation of the organization and supervision of patient care rendered after normal business hours.  Analyzes and determines personnel requirements and resources necessary to meet patient needs.  Provides an environment conducive to employee growth and productivity while acting within the confines of regulatory requirements. Collaborates with the on-call administrator regarding administrative issues.

Qualifications


Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors' degree in Nursing, Master's degree preferred, and three to five years of previous work related experience.  Licensure required as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Jersey.   Work requires analytical ability to collect information from diverse sources and apply professional principles in performing various analyzes, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems.

Pay transparency:  St. Joseph’s Health provides a salary range to comply with New Jersey Law.  The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc.” The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
