  • Identify and support strategic partnerships that expand reach, relevance, and credibility within the Hispanic Catholic community.

  • Demonstrated experience engaging Hispanic Catholic communities.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
  • Proven ability to influence across a matrixed organization and collaborate without direct authority.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
