- Partner with MarTech, Audience Strategy, Product, Analytics and Performance Marketing to translate business requirements into scalable campaign and journey solutions.
- Troubleshoot campaign, audience, data and deployment issues, working with technical teams to find root causes and fix them.
- Support integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs, CRM platforms, audience tools and other marketing technologies.
- Use AI and automation to speed up campaign setup, QA, documentation, audience analysis and troubleshooting.
- Recommend new capabilities, process improvements and platform enhancements that improve speed-to-market, scalability and personalization.
- Maintain documentation, governance standards, QA processes and best practices for reliable execution across the Consumer organization.

- Working knowledge of email deliverability, CAN-SPAM and consent requirements.
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up technical work such as writing and debugging SQL or AMPscript, documentation and QA.
