- Conduct professional training sessions for massage therapists.
- Train employees in different massage techniques and body treatments.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Evaluate therapists' practical skills and knowledge.
- Provide coaching and refresher training to improve performance.
- Ensure all massage treatments are performed according to company standards.
- Train staff on hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety procedures.
- Monitor treatment quality and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with new massage techniques and wellness industry trends.
- Support the Spa Manager in maintaining a high level of service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist and/or Massage Trainer.
- Professional certification in Massage Therapy or related field.
- Strong knowledge of different massage techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Aromatherapy, and other therapeutic massages.
- Previous experience in training, coaching, or supervising therapists is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team development abilities.
- Ability to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Good knowledge of hygiene and health & safety standards.
- English communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage.
