What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and complete MDS assessments in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of MDS documentation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update resident care plans.
  • Monitor clinical documentation to support reimbursement and care quality.
  • Participate in quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
  • Serve as a resource for nursing staff regarding MDS and care planning processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
