Job Requisition:
Mission Manager
Leidos has multiple Mission Manager positions in Northern Virginia. Candidates must have or be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination. Willing and able to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, to include weekends and holidays.
Mission Managers are responsible for coordinating, resourcing and overseeing the execution of persistent collection operations, working with in-house and geographically dispersed elements in support of clearly defined collection objectives.
Key skills for success include the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to make complex, multi-factor decisions under extreme stress. Successful Mission Managers think critically about the immediate and long-term implications of tactical decisions and how those decisions fit into the overall team objectives. Mission Managers must be natural multi-taskers and communicators.
Minimum Requirements/Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication. Experience in tactical ground operation, tactical air operations, complex command and control tools and systems. Working in high to extreme stress environments. 6+ years of Intelligence (includes LEO, FBI, USSS and etc…) or DoD experience required. Individuals must posses a valid drivers license with real ID.
Education: Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 to 12 years of full-time professional experience. Candidates with a Master’s degree are highly desirable with 6 to 10 years experience.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
