LPNs & RNs Wanted | Starting at $42/hr (LPN) & $50/hr (RN) | $5/hr NOC Differential | Milwaukie, OR

We get it. Skilled nursing is demanding. The days can be busy, the residents rely on you, and having a team you can count on makes all the difference.

That's exactly the kind of environment we're building.

We're looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) who enjoy taking care of people and working alongside a strong team.

Why Nurses Stay Here

We're busy—but in the best way. You'll stay engaged, build your skills, and make a real difference every shift.

Our building has an active rehab program, long-term care residents who become like family, and coworkers who genuinely help each other out. We believe good teamwork makes tough shifts easier, and we work hard to create a place where people enjoy coming to work.
We're a busy skilled nursing facility, so there's always something happening. But even though our building stays active, we're tucked away on a quiet street in Milwaukie, making it a surprisingly peaceful place to work.

What You'll Be Doing

No two shifts are exactly alike, but you can expect to:

- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents

- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

- Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate with providers

- Partner with therapy, dietary, social services, and other departments to provide exceptional resident care

- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

What We're Looking For

- Current Oregon LPN or RN license

- Current CPR certification

We are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
