This is a remote position.
As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in keeping reports up-to-date and maintaining the data integrity of the account. In this role, your key responsibilities will include proactively disputing service failures, finding data trends and patterns, and maintaining accurate records within our TMS and USPS Portal.Ā Your primary responsibility is to provide insights to help leadership make data-driven decisions, monitor business performance, and ensure Client operational goals are met.

Requirements
- 1ā2 yearsĀ of experienceĀ in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, dispatching, or operations coordination.
- Experience working withĀ Transportation ManagementĀ Systems (TMS)Ā and updating customerĀ information.
- Experience processing andĀ trackingĀ transportation-related documentationĀ and meetingĀ customer deadlines.
- Experience communicatingĀ withĀ customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
- AbilityĀ toĀ identify, troubleshoot,Ā and escalate operationalĀ issuesĀ to the appropriateĀ team members.
- Experience coordinatingĀ additional trips/loadsĀ and working withĀ transportation systems.
- StrongĀ ability toĀ manage multiple tasksĀ and deadlinesĀ while maintaining accuracy.
- Previous experience inĀ customer service,Ā preferably within theĀ logistics or transportationĀ industry.
- StrongĀ written and verbalĀ communication skills inĀ English.
- Ability to workĀ independently and proactively, identifying potentialĀ issues before theyĀ escalate.
- ExperienceĀ usingĀ TMS platforms, customerĀ portals, and transportationĀ management systems. Experience withĀ 3GĀ is a plus.
