Sonic Summary

This is a remote position focused on translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
The role involves planning delivery, assessing risks, and managing the development and delivery of Oracle ARCS solutions.
Candidates should have experience in Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching, with a strong emphasis on solution design using Oracle ARCS.
The position requires leading a team, mentoring junior members, and managing both internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
A salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 is offered, with a requirement of at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutions

Responsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle ARCS solutions

Provide functional knowledge and technical expertise in the Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching

Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closure

Will be responsible for the complete solution design using Oracle ARCS

Lead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenure

Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external)

Good understanding of Integration, and reconciliation process
