This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Patient Coordinator to join their fully remote team and support patient outreach, intake, and onboarding processes for clinical trial enrollment initiatives. Their organization operates within the healthcare research industry, helping connect patients with innovative medical opportunities while expanding access to clinical programs through efficient enrollment solutions.

In this role, the Patient Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with potential patients, guiding them through the enrollment journey, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone outreach to potential patients and support initial engagement throughout the clinical trial enrollment process.

  • Assist patients through required steps to determine eligibility and support a smooth enrollment experience.
  • Maintain accurate patient information and update records within internal systems.
  • Manage follow-ups and outreach activities to ensure timely communication with prospective participants.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient interactions using scheduling tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams through communication platforms to maintain alignment and support operational goals.
  • Provide a positive patient experience by demonstrating empathy, confidence, and professionalism during every interaction.
  • Identify challenges during patient conversations and apply critical thinking to determine appropriate next steps.


Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with confidence handling phone conversations.
  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare support, patient coordination, sales, recruitment, or similar communication-focused roles.
  • Comfortable conducting frequent outbound calls and managing patient interactions.
  • Ability to work independently while staying organized and meeting daily objectives.
  • Proactive mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
