聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with recruitment processes,employees zoho profiles and personal details

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide general administrative supportto the HR and management teams.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Stay updated with changes in labourlaws and regulations (e.g., Basic Conditions of Employment Act, UnemploymentInsurance Fund,

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare and submit statutory reports(e.g., monthly payroll reports, annual tax returns)

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure all payroll and employeerecords are accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored.

  • Maintainconfidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Requirements

  • National Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Payroll Administration, or related field聽
  • Payroll certification will be an added advantage
  • 2-3 years proven experience in payroll and HR administration
  • Experience working with payroll systems (e.g., Sage, SimplePay, Timekeeper) and HRIS (e.g., Zoho People)
  • Knowledge of SARS submissions (EMP201, IRP5, IT3a) and Department of Labour reporting
  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel advanced) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Able to work independently in a office-based environment and meet tight deadlines
