As a HR Business Partner your responsibilities will be:

 

  • Manage HR topics in line with key business initiatives through effective execution of human resources strategies.
  • Support business leaders in workforce planning, defining talent needs, and meeting expected headcount levels, tracking results/goals, turnover analysis.
  • Promote and support talent development initiatives, such as leadership development, organizational redesign, team development and change management based on the needs identified and business strategy.
  • Analyze HR related data (dashboard) to identify trends, metrics and contribute in anticipating issues, engage in data driven discussions to further a high performing culture and position HR contribution.
  • Anticipate and resolve employee relations issues, address grievances, performs investigations and related tasks.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of employee relations programs and policies.
  • Assess and anticipate designated business unit’s needs, recommends course of action and actively involves in the implementation.
  • Facilitate trainings related to Business Partner topics.
  • Support the corporate performance management process planning and communication, assist managers with the definition of employees’ objectives to ensure alignment with business strategies.
  • Contribute and actively participate in the Talent Management Process, identifying top talent and related activities to promote learning & development.

 

 

In addition, you can make a difference if you meet:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with a strong focus on performance management, employee relations, and partnering with leaders and business teams.
  • Experience managing employee separation and termination processes in compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
  • Conversational English.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)certifications are preferred.

 

Short Description

Responsible for helping the organization in aligning key business initiatives with workforce and management in designated units. Act as a consultant on human resource-related topics, while seeking integrated solutions through effective execution of human resources strategies.  Support business leaders in workforce planning, defining talent needs, improving performance and work environment, and increasing productivity and retention. Manage and anticipate Human Resources (HR) related needs, labor relations issues and concerns through HR data analysis. Ensure effective delivery of HR value-added service to management and employees, in terms such as talent development, organizational redesign, team development and change management. Recommend and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and their dissemination across the organization.  

Physical Requirements

Education

Bachelor in Human Resources or Business Administration

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of years related experience in human resource management, especially in performance management, employee relations.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations.

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES

Non-required; Professional and Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR and SPHR) Certifications are recommended.
