What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you'll develop personalized treatment plans that help residents improve mobility, restore function, and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including exercise, gait training, balance activities, and manual therapy

  • Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care

  • Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and discharge recommendations

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license
