What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide skilled, resident-centered care focused on improving mobility, function, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide skilled interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence.

  • Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy professionals, residents, and families.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

  • Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility strategies, and safety techniques.

  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and support positive rehabilitation outcomes.

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality care in a skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

  • Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

  • Strong clinical reasoning and organizational skills.

  • Passion for helping residents achieve their rehabilitation goals.
