PRN Cardiology Rounder

Reid Health is seeking a patient-centered and empathetic PRN General Cardiology Inpatient Rounder to join our well-respected program. This is an exciting opportunity to provide inpatient cardiovascular care through a primarily consultative service.

Position Details:

• Join group of 12 cardiologists and 7 APPs
• Convenient office location central to cath labs and inpatient hospital
• Responsibilities include rounding on a variety of acute cardiac conditions, including NSTEMI, arrythmias, and post-operative cardiac needs.
• Call Schedule: Weeknight call is Monday through Friday from 5pm to 8am. Weekend call consists of a 48 hour shift beginning at 8am on Saturday and concluding at 8am on Monday.
• Schedule Details: Includes in-person daytime rounding Monday through Friday, with 24-hour rounding coverage on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Access to interventional and EP lab for acute needs

Education/Experience:

Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Cardiology

Experience Requirements: Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians

Licensure: Indiana Medical License

Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
