Data Enablement: the product surface that makes customer and behavioral data available, accurate, and useful for marketing campaigns, segmentation, and personalizationÂ
Customer Communications Platform: notifications, lifecycle messaging, and the underlying tooling that sends the right message at the right moment eMarketing Platforms: the campaign management and content tools that marketing teams use to build and execute customer-facing programsÂ
Vendor-managed products within this surface including chat and CMS tools, covering roadmap input, integration ownership, and internal stakeholder alignmentÂ

Experience with marketing technology platforms including customer communications, CMS, campaign management, or notification systemsÂ
Ability to move fluently between high-level strategy and detailed execution, equally comfortable writing a one-pager for leadership and an acceptance criterion for engineeringÂ
