Production Supervisor

RoleSummary

We areseeking qualified and committed Production Supervisors to manage shop-flooroperations across Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up processes. Theideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in composite production andthe ability to lead a team towards achieving daily production goals whilemaintaining quality and safety standards.

KeyResponsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on Pultrusion and molding lines (SMC, DMC, BMC, Hand Lay-up).
  
• Ensure compliance with production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
  
• Monitor and control production parameters – resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing.
  
• Coordinate with the QA/QC department for in-process quality checks and corrective actions.
  
• Maintain production records, logbooks, and shift reports.
  
• Train, guide, and monitor workers/operators to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  
• Implement and maintain 5S and workplace discipline across assigned lines.
  

Requirements

CandidateProfile

Education:

• ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Mechanical / Production / Electrical preferred)
  

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a manufacturing plant
  

SkillsRequired:

• Shop-floor supervision and manpower handling
  
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
  
• Basic quality and safety awareness
  
• Reporting and documentation skills
  
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required
