About the Role:

Kundlas Consulting Group is seeking experienced candidates who hold an active Professional Engineer license or Registered Architect license. This is a general requisition intended to identify qualified professionals for a range of engineering, architectural, construction, infrastructure, and project-support opportunities.

Specific duties, project locations, schedules, and assignment requirements will vary based on client needs and available task orders. Candidates may be considered for roles involving technical review, project coordination, design support, construction oversight, inspections, documentation, or other related professional services.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Active Professional Engineer license or Registered Architect license in at least one U.S. state or territory.
  • Relevant professional experience in engineering, architecture, construction, design, inspection, or project management.
  • Ability to review and interpret technical drawings, plans, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard professional documentation tools.
  • Willingness to travel or deploy based on assignment requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting government, federal, state, municipal, infrastructure, construction, or disaster recovery projects.
  • Experience with design review, field inspections, construction administration, permitting, or code compliance.
  • Familiarity with project management, quality assurance, technical reporting, and document control.
  • Experience working with architects, engineers, contractors, owners, agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional engineering or architectural support within the candidate’s licensed discipline.
  • Review plans, drawings, specifications, reports, calculations, and other technical documents.
  • Support project planning, design coordination, construction oversight, inspections, or technical evaluations.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, government representatives, and project teams.
  • Prepare technical reports, recommendations, correspondence, and project documentation.
  • Identify technical issues and recommend practical, code-compliant solutions.
  • Support quality assurance and quality control reviews.
  • Participate in meetings, site visits, project reviews, and coordination activities.
  • Maintain organized and accurate project records.
  • Perform additional duties based on the specific assignment and client requirements.
