Job Summary

Artemis is seeking a full-time Program Analyst with demonstrated expertise providing programmatic and analytical support to federal clients. The Program Analyst will work with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Digital Health Office’s Strategic Initiatives Lab, helping coordinate the day-to-day activities that advance VA’s AI-enabled digital health pipeline. This role supports meeting coordination, action-item tracking, data analysis, and reporting that keep multiple concurrent digital health initiatives on schedule and aligned to program goals.

 

The Program Analyst role requires a self-starter, proactive problem solver and action-oriented team player with strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn. This position needs an individual that is committed to providing superior service, poised under pressure and has a positive and flexible attitude.

 

This is a contingent hire position. Offers will be contingent upon client approval, ability to meet security requirements, and the ability to adhere to any on-site requirements (which may change at contract award).

 

Remote work is anticipated. However, occasional travel for client engagements may be required.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including Communities of Practice and Executive Round Tables, and prepare associated agendas and materials.
  • Capture meeting minutes and create, track, and follow up on action items in a timely manner, particularly critical requests from leadership.
  • Develop briefing and informational decks, including basic graphic support, for program and executive audiences.
  • Support needs assessments and market research to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends in VA digital health services.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and performance improvement metrics across a portfolio of digital health initiatives.
  • Identify potential risks and issues and help document and monitor mitigation strategies.
  • Provide data analytics support and compile monthly status reports and project dashboards reflecting activities, resources, accomplishments, and risks.
  • Maintain records and organized documentation to support accurate detailed and summary reporting upon request.
  • Assist with coordinating stakeholder engagement and follow-up across VA offices and program partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in program analysis, project coordination, business analysis, or a related support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience coordinating meetings and preparing agendas, minutes, and action-item tracking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for developing reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.
  • Familiarity with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
