Role Summary
The Program Associate plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization's mission by overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives and campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the successful delivery of core initiatives, including the #RSVP and #OfficeOfTheCitizen programs, town hall meetings, training sessions, and advocacy drives.
- Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with volunteers, partner civil society organizations, community groups, and government officials to achieve program goals.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, such as activity reports, concept notes, briefing papers, and contributions to donor proposals and grant reports.
- Perform in-depth research on governance structures, public policy, and civic matters to guide the design of future programs.
- Process and interpret both qualitative and quantitative datasets utilizing tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or standard statistical software.
- Author detailed research reports, policy briefs, and literature reviews that offer actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Assist in securing resources by identifying funding opportunities and supporting grant writing initiatives.
- Enhance the organization's monitoring and evaluation framework by analyzing program metrics and synthesizing findings into learning briefs.
- Oversee data collection processes, track key performance indicators, and document impactful case studies, success narratives, and lessons learned.
- Manage the volunteer lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of campus ambassadors and volunteers for various program activities.
