Program Coordinator

SUMMARY

Coordinates activities and functions of a designated program to ensure that goals and objectives specified for the program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications

STATUS: Full-Time            

LOCATION: Riedman Campus 100 Kings Highway South Rochester, NY 14617    

DEPARTMENT: Telemedicine Services

SCHEDULE:  Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm      

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program Management. Develop and recommend new or revised program goals; monitor program expenditures and ensure budget allocation is not overspent; coordinate program activities to inter-relate to other programs or departments to ensure optimum efficiency; complete materials for recruitment/hiring, the development of team members and promotional content
• Monitor & Advise. Coordinate and supervise the activities of team members; advise team members on problem solving assistance, answer questions and interpret policy
• Evaluation. Evaluate program effectiveness to develop improved methods; develop evaluation methods and analyze results

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• One (1) year supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in administrative / coordinator capacity preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in field related to assigned area preferred

PAY RANGE:

The posted pay range is a good faith representation of potential base pay for this position. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates could vary based on position details and FTE. Pay is determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, locations, and contracts.
