Summary/Objective

As a Project Coordinator, you will support with overall planning, researching, developing and implementation efforts for the company under the direction of the project leader to ensure project success.

Essential Functions

• Assists the Project Lead in outlining tasks related to the project from start to finish.

• Develop project schedules, timelines and budgets with the project leader.

• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary while communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Prepares materials outlining cost analyses provided by management.

• Drafts materials based on estimates and submits them for approval.

• Manage all project documentation including contracts, change orders and other project related documents.

• Collaborate with other key departments to ensure project success.

• Tracks and documents any questions or concerns that arise throughout the project.

• Serves as a liaison between the company, customers, and contracting officers.

• Coordinates with operations teams to schedule training when necessary.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

• Frequent travel to other work sites.

Travel

No travel is expected for this position.
