Typical Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Oversee field activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
  • Manage and track the overall project schedule, budget, and client-directed design changes.
  • Monitor and document project controls, including RFIs, submittals, and potential cost or schedule impacts.
  • Prepare and distribute clear documentation, including meeting minutes and regular project update reports.
