Sonic Summary

The job is located in Mumbai and requires expertise in large-scale IT Park/ITES and office building construction projects.
Candidates with experience in handling multi-storied buildings of PEB, composite, or PT structures will be preferred.
The applicant must be well-versed in CVC and CAG guidelines related to documentation and procurement.
Hands-on experience from conception to completion (C2C) is essential, along with expertise in architect selection and tender management.
A minimum of 20 years in project management and a B.E. or B.Tech. in Civil Engineering is required, with a competitive salary offered.

Job Requirements:

Location: Mumbai

Expertise in- large scale IT Park/ITES building, Office building construction projects end to end commercial projects.

Preference shall be given to candidates who have handled multi-storied building projects of PEB structure/composite structures/PT structures.

He needs to be well conversant with CVC (Central Vigilance Commission) and CAG (Comptroller and Auditor General of India - CAG) guidelines related to documentation, procurement etc.

Hands on experience from conception to completion (C2C).

Expert in Architect selection, GC VENDOR Selection, Tender management, Bid Management, construction & handover.

Requirements

Experience- Minimum 20 years in Project Management

Qualification- B.E. / B.Tech. Civil
