Overview

The Marketing Project & Traffic Coordinator owns the flow of work through EIM's marketing organization — from intake to delivery — across all program marketing business units and creative production supporting our university partners. This role keeps Monday.com as the single source of truth for every request, operates the quality-control gate that protects brand accuracy and compliance before anything reaches a partner, and manages the production calendars and handoffs that keep work moving on schedule. By owning intake, trafficking, proofing, and coordination, the Coordinator frees program marketers to focus on partner strategy, planning, and goals. This is a coordination and quality role: it makes the work move and land clean without owning program or partner strategy, creative execution, or channel decisions, which remain with the respective PMM, creative, and channel teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the intake-to-delivery queue for all marketing requests across business units— assigning, sequencing, and routing work against capacity and priority — and serve as the accountable point of contact for request status, both internally and for PMMs fielding partner questions.
  • Maintain Monday.com as the single source of truth for status, owners, due dates, and dependencies, keeping it current in real time; track work against published SLAs by work type; flag capacity conflicts and at-risk deadlines before they slip, with proposed resolutions; and feed turnaround data to the Marketing Enablement Manager for reporting and staffing decisions.
  • Enforce intake discipline: require intake-form completeness before work enters the queue, return incomplete requests rather than absorbing the gap, help PMMs identify missing requirements early, and partner with PMMs to translate partner asks into properly scoped, trafficable briefs.
  • Operate a mandatory proofing and quality-control checkpoint before any deliverable is released — verifying copy accuracy, brand and template compliance, and spec conformance — applying the pre-release checklist without exception, including for rush work, and maintaining version control.
  • Support the rollout of new workflows, operational processes, and department standards.
  • Provide operational support for department-wide initiatives led by the Marketing Enablement Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years in marketing coordination, campaign or account coordination, or a marketing support role.
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple concurrent brands, clients, or partners, ideally in an agency or in-house creative/production environment. Higher education experience
  • Fluency in work-management tooling (Monday.com strongly preferred) and a genuine instinct for keeping a system clean, current, and trustworthy.
