The Quality Assurance (QA) Intern supportsLink4's software quality assurance activities by preparing test cases andperforming structured testing of new features, enhancements, and defect fixes.The role increases QA capacity as development tasks move through full QAreview, helping maintain test coverage and reduce delivery bottlenecks. Theintern will work closely with the QA Engineer and Engineering team whilebuilding practical experience in software testing and quality assurance.
KeyResponsibilities
•     Prepare, document, and maintain test casesbased on functional and business requirements.
•     Execute manual testing for new features,enhancements, bug fixes, and existing application functionality.
•     Perform functional, regression, integration,and exploratory testing as assigned.
•     Identify, document, and report softwaredefects with clear reproduction steps, and retest resolved defects to verifyexpected behavior.
•     Collaborate with the QA Engineer, developers,and other team members to understand requirements and support QA reviewactivities.
•     Maintain accurate records of testingactivities and results, and perform additional QA duties as reasonablyrequired.
KeyPerformance Indicators (Optional)
•     Complete assigned test case preparation andtesting activities within agreed delivery timelines.
•     Maintain clear and complete test coverage anddefect reporting, including reproducible steps and sufficient supportinginformation.
Qualifications& Experience
•     Bachelor's degree, or currently pursuing adegree, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or arelated field.
•     Prior professional work experience can be anadvantage.
•     Academic coursework, university projects, orself-directed learning in software testing, QA methodologies, or softwaredevelopment is preferred.

•     Basic understanding of the SoftwareDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC) and software QA testing methodologies.
•     Ability to write clear test cases, performmanual testing, and document defects and test results accurately.
•     Strong attention to detail, analyticalthinking, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
•     Good written and verbal communication skillsand the ability to collaborate effectively within a software development team.
WorkingRelationships
Internal: QA Engineer, Software Developers,Engineering team, and relevant Business Analysis / Product stakeholders.
External: No regular external workingrelationships are expected.
WorkEnvironment & Other Requirements
•     Travel: No regular travel requirement.
•     Physical / on-site requirements: Hybridworking arrangements as applicable to the employing Link4 entity.
•     Work hours: Full-time standard working hoursapplicable to the employing entity and location.
