Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain an understanding of the insurance processes for which test applications are prepared.

• Develop complete understanding of all DuckCreek applications i.e. Policy, Billing and Claims. 

• Review QA Test Plans created by QA team and advise, if any changes are required. 

• Conduct review sessions of QA test plans with client users and document feedback. 

• Maintain QA Test Plans and defect issues in Microsoft Azure. 

• Conduct demo sessions with users to review developed application at different stages of project. 

• Create weekly statistics of QA Testing progress, defects and other issues. 

• Work with application development team to provide more details on issues reported by QA Team. 

• Work with Automation Tool team to develop automated scripts for regression testing of applications

Responsibilities

Position also requires demonstrated experience in the following:        

• Domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance 

• DuckCreek Applications i.e. Policy, Billing and Claims

• Microsoft Azure ADO

• Automation testing scripts

• Agile and Scrum

Qualifications

Required Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
