Overview

As a quantitative strategy developer, you'll work in a computationally intensive role that will allow you to use your strong technical skills to solve problems at the intersection of trading, quantitative analysis, and technology.

You will have the chance to work on challenging problems across our trading teams in areas such as signal creation and detection, quantitative strategy analysis, and low-latency C++ strategy development. You’ll work on the desk side by side with senior developers who understand the nuances of building complex trading strategies.

You will begin with a comprehensive education program designed to build a broad understanding of the role quantitative strategy developers play across our trading teams. Once you complete the program, you’ll be placed on a trading team that aligns with your interests and background. This will give you the best preparation possible for a career in quantitative strategy development.
