We are seeking a social volunteerto spend time with an older gentleman who used to work at the airport andenjoys relaxing with television. He speaks Arabic and English and would loveregular company from someone who can chat with him in either language. Yourvisits would involve casual conversation, shared TV time or simply keeping himcompany in a calm and friendly setting. Come on board and help create a steadyflight of friendship.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

18 years or older • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare •


We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for an hour visit between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
