We're looking for a Regional Engineer who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer relationships to help deliver engineered solutions across Quebec. What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales process.
  • Develop preliminary designs, evaluate project risks, and define project scope.
  • Partner with customers to understand project requirements and recommend engineered solutions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and provide technical support during design, construction, and installation.
  • Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and project documentation.
  • Support product development initiatives and stay current with industry standards.
  • Participate in industry events, customer meetings, and technical committees as required.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility to practice.
  • Minimum five years of engineering experience, ideally in consulting, infrastructure, technical sales support, or engineered products.
  • Strong understanding of structural or civil infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CAD software and engineering design tools.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region as required.
  • Experience with CRM software is considered an asset.
