Remote Fraud Support Agent – Financial Services

Living for Tomorrow is currently accepting applications for a remote fraud support opportunity within the financial services industry.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable reviewing account activity, confident handling sensitive customer concerns, and able to follow strict security and compliance procedures.

Compensation

Production Pay: $13.00–$14.00 per hour
Certification Pay: $7.00 per hour

Agents work as independent contractors and select available servicing intervals based on program availability and servicing requirements.

What You’ll Do

Agents may assist cardholders with:

  • Reviewing account activity for possible fraud
  • Fraud prevention, detection, and resolution
  • Verifying suspicious transactions
  • Reviewing transaction and spending history
  • Blocking lost or stolen cards
  • Supporting emergency card or cash replacement
  • Card activation
  • Customer and transaction verification
  • Fraud-related notifications
  • Documenting account activity and case findings accurately

Servicing Availability

Intervals may be available:

24 hours a day
7 days a week
365 days a year

Availability is based on program need.

Agents must be able to service:

5 hours / 10 intervals on Saturdays and/or Sundays

During the Certification SOW, agents are required to service at least:

10 hours / 20 intervals per week

Certification Schedule

Phase 1: November 2, 2026–November 25, 2026
Phase 2: December 1, 2026–December 14, 2026

Monday–Friday
9:00 AM–3:00 PM ET

There is no class on:

  • November 11
  • November 26
  • November 27
  • November 30

Certification includes instructor-led learning, self-study, systems training, compliance procedures, and live certification call-taking.

Certification Requirements

Successful certification includes:

  • 90% or higher on required assessments
  • 90% or higher on the final assessment
  • 100% completion of required self-study work
  • Successful completion of Phase 1
  • Average QA of at least 90% across required certification calls
  • No non-negotiable quality misses
  • Completion of the required Security Awareness course with a score of at least 85%

Equipment Requirements

Agents must have:

  • Windows 11 computer with all updates completed
  • At least 8 GB RAM
  • Intel Core i5 6th generation or newer
  • Minimum 4 processor cores
  • Processor speed of at least 2.4 GHz
  • Dual monitors
  • Hardwired Ethernet connection
  • Hardwired USB headset with phone-quality audio
  • Noise-cancelling microphone
  • Webcam for certification
  • Apple or Android smartphone for secondary verification

A client-provided security device may also be required and must be returned when servicing ends.

Performance Expectations

Agents are expected to maintain:

  • Commitment Adherence: 90% or higher
  • Production AHT: Less than 190 seconds
  • Quality Assurance: Above 90%
  • Voice of Customer: Above 95%

Strong documentation, accuracy, security awareness, and adherence to procedures are critical in this role.

Screening & Enrollment Requirements

This opportunity requires:

  • Background check
  • Drug screening
  • Photo ID verification

There is currently no cost for the required background check and drug screening.

The drug screening must be scheduled within 48 hours of receiving the vendor email.

Required screenings must be successfully completed at least 14 days before class begins.

  • Have fraud-prevention or fraud-support experience
  • Have knowledge of chargebacks or electronic fund transfers
  • Type at least 40 WPM
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Can confidently handle sensitive account information
  • Follow security and compliance procedures carefully
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Can work independently in a quiet home environment
  • Are comfortable navigating multiple systems

Additional enrollment restrictions may apply based on recent banking-program experience, prior certification history, current enrollments, or prior SOW terminations.
