Job DetailsJob Location: WVAppalachian Field Services (AFS) is expanding our Right-of-Way operations in West Virginia and across the Southeast. We are actively building a network of experienced professionals to support ongoing and upcoming projects with major utility clients throughout the state.   AFS currently supports large-scale electric transmission and distribution infrastructure programs and is continuing to grow our presence in the Southeast. As part of this expansion, we are seeking qualified Right-of-Way professionals interested in working on utility infrastructure projects in West Virginia.   Responsibilities may include: • Negotiating easements and agreements with landowners  • Conducting in-person landowner meetings and outreach  • Supporting title research and document preparation  • Coordinating with utility clients and engineering teams  • Maintaining accurate project records and reporting QualificationsWe welcome interest from professionals with experience in any of the following roles: • Senior Right-of-Way Agents  • Junior Right-of-Way Agents  • Project Managers  • Document Specialists / Administrative Support  • Acquisition and Land Services Specialists    Ideal candidates will have experience working on electric transmission or distribution projects and be familiar with the right-of-way acquisition process, landowner negotiations, title review, easement acquisition, and project documentation.   AFS offers the opportunity to work on meaningful infrastructure projects that support the electric grid while collaborating with experienced right-of-way professionals across multiple regions.   This posting is intended to identify professionals interested in working on current and upcoming projects in West Virginia.
