DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
- Support the accounts receivable functions under the supervision of RC Systems Resource Lead. Â
- Enhance the agencies’ policies and procedures surrounding the revenue and accounts receivable cycles.   Â
- Assist agencies in the development and use of accounting policies and procedures and establishrapport in and between departments so that each can realize the importance of accurate reporting procedures.   Â
- Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with established procedures related to revenue and accounts receivable.   Â
- Partner with RC Portfolio Resources with monitoring accounts receivables and developing action plans.   Â
- Provide Expert knowledge on software systems used in home health, hospice, and home care lines of business. Ability to train staff in software systems and processes.  Â
- Develop and utilize software reports for AR metrics and trends. Â
- Monitor the workflow process within the system and alerting appropriate organizational Resources.   Â
- Manage time equally between service center projects and field support.   Â
- Utilizes ticketing software by routing and troubleshooting claim and EMR issues.  Â
- Manage payor builds and updates for acquisitions, branch expansions, startups, and new contracts.   Â
- Assist in maintaining payor portals and access to clearing houses.   Â
- Attend and participate in workshops, seminars, etc., to keep abreast of current changes in the home health andhospice field, as well as to maintain a professional status.Â
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment.   Â
- Maintain and demonstrate company culture and values.   Â
