 ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Functional Consultant with 5+ years of SAP HCM/S/4HANA Payroll experience and strong expertise in Concurrent Employment.
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Configure and support S/4HANA Concurrent Employment solutions.
• Work on primary/secondary assignments, multiple PERNRs and Central Person relationships.
• Configure and troubleshoot EC to S/4HANA replication using Point-to-Point and Compound Employee API.
• Support payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll processing, tax, benefits and deductions.
• Troubleshoot payroll, master data and integration issues.
• Support Benefits, Time, Identity, Banking and third-party integrations.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents and test scripts.
• Lead unit, integration, parallel, regression and UAT testing.
• Support transports, deployment, change management and CCB activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Integration and Security teams.
 REQUIRED SKILLS:
SAP HCM Payroll, S/4HANA Payroll, Concurrent Employment, Employee Central, PERNR, Central Person, EC-S/4HANA Replication, Payroll Schema, Payroll Rules, Wage Types, Payroll Testing & Integration Troubleshooting.
