Job Description:

Essential Job Functions: • Manage a team responsible for package software application development and maintenance. • Lead projects, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery. • Collaborate with senior management to set departmental objectives. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. • Monitor and report on project progress and financial metrics. • Foster an environment of teamwork and effective communication. • Identify and address technical and operational challenges proactively.

Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering and management • Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies • Proven experience in team management and software project execution • Solid technical knowledge in package applications • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills Other Qualifications: • Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus • Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $131,900 - $245,000.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
