We are looking for experienced Schedulers and Senior Schedulers to support large-scale EPC projects by driving project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control activities.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Scheduler / Senior Scheduler with strong experience in EPC project planning and scheduling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting project schedules using Primavera P6 while ensuring project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved efficiently.

This role requires close collaboration with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams to support project execution and performance monitoring.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will work with the project team to prepare schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations. You will apply established unit job hour and pricing data, perform schedule integrations, prepare work logic, identify restraints and potential impacts, develop recovery plans, and evaluate subcontractor schedules for improvements. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects stay on track and on time.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Prepares schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations
  • Establishes and maintains the schedule for a specific discipline area or specialty
  • Performs schedule development duties to include establishing the work breakdown structure (WBS), determining the work activity duration, establishing the proper workflow logic ties, and developing the required job expenditure
  • Performs schedule monitoring, including identifying critical activities and updating functions for specific applications, disciplines, or specialties
  • Assists with maintenance of critical path schedule reports and schedule performance metrics
  • Performs schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities
  • Monitors and validates subcontractor schedules
  • Assists with schedule recovery plans
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors
  • Demonstrates judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Networks and connects with internal and external personnel in own area of expertise

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 4 - 7 years
  • Home office experience of minimum 3-5 years as a scheduler/ planner in a large scale EPC project

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, which include schedule development, control, and analysis in EPC projects.
  • Skilled in oral and written communication.
  • Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience.
  • Skilled in understanding technical processes, engineering drawings, quantity determinations, and financial reports.
  • Proficiency with PC operating systems, including Primavera. Proficiency with multiple discipline-specific software applications currently used (Microsoft Office Applications, for example)
