Contract Compliance and Cost Control
- Perform detailed contract compliance audits to assess alignment with AIA billing standards, GMP/CMAR contract terms, unit-price schedules, cost-plus arrangements, and negotiated allowances.

- Identify cost recoveries, billing errors, non-allowable charges, and process improvement opportunities
Construction Technical Proficiency
- Apply working knowledge of AIA billing formats (G702, G703, continuation sheets) to identify anomalies or unsupported values.
- Support insurance auditing on construction projects, including reviewing policy documents (GL, Builders Risk, OCIP/CCIP, Workers' Compensation) and validating contractually allowable insurance costs.

- Claim settlement support experience — including work related to disputed amounts between owners, contractors, subcontractors, or developers — is a plus.
- Legal preparation support experience is a plus, including working with counsel on arbitration, litigation, or expert-witness documentation.
Procurement and Supply Chain
- Audit material purchases and subcontractor billings for compliance with procurement requirements and pricing terms.

- Maintain production goals and strong project management skills, advancing a group of audits forward each day.
- Delegate, train, and quality-check audit work performed by other auditors; participate in and lead team knowledge sharing on contract interpretation, audit techniques, and cost-control practices.
- Exhibit personal initiative in learning new analytic tools and construction audit techniques; accept and provide constructive feedback in a collaborative team environment.
