Role Overview:  

As a Senior Consultant, Healthcare and Life Sciences at Fractal Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with inter-disciplinary teams with Fortune 100 clients to drive AI consulting, delivery, solutioning, growth, scaling client experience in multiple programs and in turn drive growth for Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) practice. Your primary responsibility will be excellent client experience, superior delivery, transforming delivery methods with Gen AI, building domain capabilities with AI focus, commercializing cross-client solution towers, driving proposals and thought leadership in context of the clients. 

Responsibilities 

• Drive multiple projects as a billable consultant for fortune 100 companies 

• Deliver programs with Agentic AI transformation across Clinical, R&D and RWD  AI e.g. Decentralized Clinical Trial, Digital Health, Line of Therapy etc leveraging Gen AI, AI, MLOps, LLM ops, Cloud engineering from India, alongside Practice delivery leader 

• Translate Clinical , R&D and RWD business questions into clear, actionable analytics use cases 

• Act as the liaison between data science teams and Clinical, R&D and RWD leaders to ensure insights are relevant. 

• Turn complex data and model outputs into simple stories, dashboards, and recommendations for executives 

• Embed analytics into day‑to‑day workflows through CRM and DCT platforms 

• Ensure high‑quality pharma data is used to drive patient retention, access, and trial site performance 

• Aim of client satisfaction (NPS 72+) with delivery excellence, ensuring high quality project outcomes and client satisfaction. 

• Drive Gen AI tools usage to transform methods of delivery to show 30%+ efficiency 

• Strong in logical reasoning, structuring analysis, asking the right questions and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations 

• Drive daily client and account calls, representing the Pharma team and contributing to strategic discussions 

• Drive proposal development and client presentations using latest and greatest, actively contributing to business development efforts 

• Play an integral role in the pharma practice, aligning AI initiatives with broader organizational goals and closely collaborating with internal stakeholders 

• Excellent navigator of complex ecosystems across clients in matrix organization, managing people dynamics at senior levels, resolving escalations 

• Hungry to grow client relationship globally with the right systems, processes and team structures 

• Comfortable with inter-disciplinary ways of working amongst consultants, AI, Engineering, design and other disciplines with indirect reporting and direct influence by providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional development. 

• Build in-depth knowledge of client business priorities, challenges, and initiatives, translating these into actionable opportunities and develop comprehensive account plans aligned with organizational goals and client strategies to drive client QBRs & MBRs 

• Be curious to upskill and be agile to the changing Tech environment globally 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred 

• 10+ years proven track record of success in leading Pharma projects in Fortune 100 companies 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders 

• 5+ year in ML/AI/Advanced Analytics/Gen AI development and deployment of solutions in any industry 

• Cloud engineering knowledge (AWS or Azure or GCP) to complement scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems 

• Strong commercial acumen, excellent storytelling abilities, map client challenges to Fractal's capabilities and link them to business outcomes, engage with VPs, Senior Directors 

• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals. 

• Ability to think on your feet, comfortable with ambiguity, and effective in a cross-functional environment. 

• Travel to client offices 3 days a week. 

• Demonstrated experience in complex program management, delivery oversight and resource management 

• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth and identify opportunities for expansion 

• Experience with proposal development and client presentations is highly desirable 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities 

Pay:  

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range is up to $160K.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.  You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company.  In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.   The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
