Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize core business applications. You will drive enterprise workflows across Sales, Field Service, and Intelligent Order Management (IOM). A primary focus of this role is building next-generation agentic workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio and tuning autonomous agent experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Dynamics 365 Engineering:

* Module Architecture: Configure, customize, and extend D365 Sales, Field Service, and Intelligent Order Management (IOM).

* Order Orchestration: Design and manage complex order journeys, fulfillment rules, and inventory visibility policies in IOM.

* Field Operations: Optimize schedule boards, resource routing, mobile configurations, and work order lifecycles.

* Sales Automation: Build lead-to-cash pipelines, opportunity management systems, and forecasting models.

AI & Agentic Experiences:

* Copilot Studio Development: Build, publish, and maintain custom copilots and conversational agents.

* Agent Tuning: Prompt-engineer, ground, and tune Microsoft agentic experiences to minimize hallucinations and maximize accuracy.

* Plugin Integration: Create Power Platform connectors, custom actions, and API plug-ins for AI agents to trigger business logic.

* Autonomous Workflows: Design multi-turn conversations where AI agents execute tasks independently across D365 modules. 

Integration & Data Engineering:

* Dataverse Architecture: Design scalable Dataverse environments, security models, and data relationships.

* System Integration: Connect D365 with third-party ERPs, supply chain systems, and e-commerce platforms using Azure tools.

* ALM Practices: Manage solution deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps and Power Platform Pipelines.

Required Experience and Skills:

Technical Expertise:

* Strong hands-on experience with D365 Sales and Field Service.

* Proven track record deploying D365 Intelligent Order Management (IOM).

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).

* Experience with Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, and semantic search grounding.

* Technical depth in C# (.NET), JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Automate cloud flows. 

Soft Skills & Delivery:

* Ability to translate vague business problems into structured prompt instructions for AI models.

* Strong debugging skills for asynchronous plugin steps and AI orchestration paths.

* Clear communication skills to explain AI confidence scores and agent behaviors to stakeholders.

* Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)

* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant (MB-210)

* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant (MB-240)
