We are seeking an experienced SeniorGraphic Designer to join Cognition Education for a major curriculum developmentproject, creating Senior Secondary educational resources for the SolomonIslands. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality learningmaterials that will have a lasting impact on teachers and learners, while alsosupporting broader initiatives across our global organization.

About the Role
In this role, you will guide and supervise a pool ofexperienced graphic designers based in Malaysia. Working closely with ourGraphic Design Lead in New Zealand and our global editing team, you will ensurematerials are designed accurately using pre-developed templates and deliveredon time. You will carry out hands-on design work, brief the local team, andquality-assure their output before final review.

KeyResponsibilities & Scope

  • Lead and quality-assure the work of alocally based team of graphic designers.
  • Design and refine curriculum-alignededucational resources.
  • Support internal and external graphicdesign work across other Cognition Learning Group (CLG) projects beyond thecore scope.
  • Liaise effectively across multiple timezones to ensure seamless collaboration with international teams.

Requirements

Skills  Experience
As an ideal candidate you will bring:
  • Significant graphic design experiencepaired with proven team lead/management capabilities.
  • Strong experience designing educational orcurriculum-based content, specifically using Adobe InDesign.
  • A track record of fast-paced, accuratedesign across large-scale projects.
  • Excellent written English and exceptionalattention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, managetight deadlines, and guide others to do the same.
