Senior Portfolio & Program Manager

Leads end-to-end portfolio and program management across complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, timelines, resources, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, execution, governance, and performance tracking.
  • Manage risks, issues, milestones, timelines, and resources.
  • Partner with cross-functional and global teams to drive successful program delivery.
  • Support portfolio prioritization, valuation, and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven reporting and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


Requirements

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree/MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of project, program, portfolio, or functional management experience, ideally in pharmaceutical R&D.
  • Experience with global projects, risk management, KPIs, and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong English communication skills.
