TheĀ Consultant Engagement DirectorĀ (CED)Ā is a high-impact, relationship-driven recruiting leader responsible for building and managing consultant pipelines and leading full lifecycle recruiting efforts across Evergreenās active client opportunities. This role owns the recruitmentĀ process fromĀ pipeline oversightĀ and outreach through screening, submission, interview coordination, offer management, and first placement, while aligning consultant capabilities and career goals with clientĀ partnerĀ needs. The CEDĀ plays a critical role inĀ overseeing and engaging withĀ a strong pipeline of ready-to-deployĀ consultants,Ā managing active jobsĀ with urgency and ownership, and partnering cross-functionally to support placement successĀ and exceptional consultant and client experiences.Ā

The salary range for this position starts at $87,500+, depending on experience, in addition to bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Ownership & Placement ExecutionĀ
Own active job openings by evaluating candidate fit, managing candidate pipelines, and drivingĀ timelyĀ submissions to support client delivery needs.Ā Ā
Partner with candidates toĀ identifyĀ aligned opportunities andĀ submitĀ qualified candidates as quickly as possible following job intake.Ā Ā
Guide candidates through the interview, selection, offer, and onboarding process with clear communication and consistent follow-through.Ā Ā
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and placement lifecycle.Ā Ā
Actively manage Evergreenās job board and prioritize response to newly opened opportunities with urgency and precision.Ā Ā
Balance high-volume recruiting activity with thoughtful candidate curation and quality-driven placement decisions.Ā Ā
Maintain accurate and thorough candidate documentation, screening notes, and recruiting activity within HubSpot (ATS).Ā Ā
Ā
Recruiting Operations, Reporting & CollaborationĀ
Track recruitingĀ activityĀ including outreach, screenings, submissions, interviews, placements, and pipeline status updates.Ā Ā
Use recruiting data and pipeline insights to support placement velocity, consultant readiness, andĀ consultant-workforce planning efforts.Ā Ā
Partner closely with Client Partnership and ConsultantĀ PartnertĀ teams to support placement success, consultant redeployment, workforce continuity, and reduced bench time.Ā Ā
Maintain ongoing communication with consultantsĀ regardingĀ opportunities, client feedback, market conditions, and placement status.Ā Ā
Participate in recruiting team operating rhythms, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional projects that support Evergreenās continued growth and recruiting excellence.Ā

QUALIFICATIONSĀ
Required QualificationsāÆĀ
5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare staffing or talent acquisition environment.Ā Ā
Familiarity with Epic and Epic-related staffing needs within healthcare organizations.Ā
Demonstrated success managing full lifecycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, submission, interview coordination, and placement execution.Ā Ā
Experience building andĀ maintainingĀ talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, outreach, networking, and relationship management.Ā Ā
Strong ability to manage multiple active job openings and competing priorities with urgency, organization, and attention to detail.Ā Ā
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust andĀ maintainĀ strong candidate and internal stakeholder relationships.Ā Ā
Ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and thrive in a performance-driven, collaborative environment.Ā Ā
Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), preferably HubSpot.Ā Ā
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.Ā Ā
SALARYĀ
